trouble is that i was down over $2600 when i started doing these banishment plays,, last night number #20 came in for us as the D'Backs cashed.. Tonights play is plain and simple, Chicago White Sox (-1.35) laying $675 to win $500. We like Buehrle in this one and think he may have turned his dreadful start around.. Mag's is heating up, the Sox are thinking central title.. If this play loses then i wont post again until the thursday evening games, so ive got 48hrs on the line here guys.. This is very serious for me, anytime i lay over $500 it gets serious.. this is my only play today.. Lets Do It..
I started saying about a week ago, the white sox are getting better.. at least i told myself that.. If they keep Loaiza, Buerhel, Colon all in the rotation the rest of the year then they should win this division.. The sox have been hot and only Kerry Wood put a damper on things lately.. Radke is no Kerry Wood (at the moment), He hasnt won since May 16th, and yes that was a drubbing of the sox on that day but Buerhle got revenge last thursday in tossing a complete game against these twins.. I'm with you the Palehose tonight SSI. These are important games for the W/sox to win and Buehrle is in great form right now. SSI since you made mention of Radke being no Kerry Wood I assume you think he is worse than Wood. Let's hope so, I don't think Kerry is that great of a pitcher. He walks too many people. Wood is good but not great. Anyway, good luck with the play tonight. I'm also gonna play the w/sox on the run line at +1.60!
Stalker, yes i think Kerry Wood is very good.. The Cubs starters, Dusty Baker motivating his players and a resurgent Sosa should keep the Cubs in the NL central race all year... What i meant by the comment however was, Kerry Wood is a hard throwing right-- who in certain games can be very dominant,,, unlike the soft tossing radke, who without perfect location can be lit up like a pinball machine...... one other thing, Jacque Jones is questionable.. thats big for twins..
come on Wsox, couple hours til game time,, guys get down on this one.. im going to use this $500 to buy some more candy bar wrappers,, forgot to mention that i am in the personalized candy bar wrapper business,, anyone need any personalized candy bars,,, had to get a cheap plug in there..
Dan, like i said ive scouted this team for about a week, very closely.. Biggest reason is that they are starting to get serious about winning the central,, and Buerhle is turning his year around.. Of course if he gives up 4 in the first inning,, im in trouble.. we shall see, im rooting for me,, too..
